Before you place an order

Key terms and technical requirements

A Customer is a person using the Shop. A Consumer is a natural person entering into a contract that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. A Product is an item offered in the Shop, and an Order is a declaration intended to conclude a sales contract.

  • To use the Shop, you need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and an active e-mail address.
  • A customer account is optional and free. Purchases can be made without registration.
  • You must not submit unlawful content or interfere with the operation of the service.
03

Orders

How the contract is concluded

Information about Products is an invitation to place an Order. The Customer selects the products, quantity, delivery and payment method, provides the information needed to fulfil the order and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The sales contract is concluded when the Shop confirms by e-mail that the Order has been accepted for fulfilment. If a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or the information provided prevents fulfilment, we will contact the Customer.

04

Charges

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Polish zloty and include all applicable taxes. The delivery charge is shown before the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on the product, order value or delivery method.

Promotions and discount codes apply on the terms stated for the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be combined.

05

Fulfilment

Delivery and collection

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown before the Order is placed. Delivery times may vary between products; for an order containing several items, the information confirmed for the entire order applies.

It is advisable to check the condition of the packaging on delivery. Photographs and a damage report help when dealing with the carrier, but their absence does not remove the Consumer's rights against the seller.

06

Returns

Withdrawal from the contract

As a rule, a Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The detailed procedure, return address and settlement rules are described on the Returns and complaints page.

07

Seller's liability

Complaints

The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the applicable law. A complaint may be sent to sklep@meble4kids.pl or to the registered office address. We will reply to a Consumer complaint within 14 days.

08

Digital services

Account, newsletter and reviews

The account and newsletter are free and optional. A user may unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask for the account to be deleted at any time, subject to data that must be retained to comply with legal obligations.

Reviews should concern the product and the reviewer's own experience. The Shop may decline to publish unlawful, promotional, abusive or irrelevant content.

09

Privacy

Personal data and cookies

Information about data processing, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and cookies is available in the Privacy and cookies policy.

10

Final provisions

Governing law and dispute resolution

Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection provided by mandatory rules applicable in the country of their habitual residence.

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is provided by UOKiK, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. An amendment to these Terms and Conditions does not affect acquired rights or the terms of contracts concluded earlier.
