How do I place an order?

You can order through our online shop, by phone on 501 718 191, or by e-mail. Once the order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order number and delivery details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — an order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, by contacting our customer service. After that it goes into fulfilment.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over 2 000 zł. Below that it costs 149 zł. Furniture is delivered by courier within 2–5 working days.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes. Once your order is placed the courier will contact you to arrange a convenient time. We deliver Monday to Saturday.

Does the furniture arrive assembled?

Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed for self-assembly, with instructions. An assembly service is also available for an additional fee — details are given when you place your order.

What is your returns policy?

For purchases made online you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The product should be undamaged and in its original packaging. The full returns and complaints procedure is on the “Returns and complaints” page.

How do I return a product?

Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will send you a return form. Once it is filled in we will arrange collection by courier. The refund is issued within 14 days.

Does the furniture have safety certificates?

The furniture we sell is manufactured in line with the safety standards in force for children's and teenagers' furniture. We will pass on the approval documents for a specific model on request — write or call before buying and we will confirm the paperwork for that product.

What materials are used?

The furniture is made primarily from laminated furniture board, with selected collections adding elements of wood, metal or upholstery fabric. The exact material composition is given in each product's description.

Question 10

How long is the warranty?

All products are covered by statutory warranty under the applicable regulations (2 years from delivery of the item). If there is a material or structural defect, contact us — we will help with repair, replacement or a refund.
